Terms of Service — Simple Ads Control

Simple Ads Control is an internal application operated by CTCP Simple Việt Nam for SIMPLE DESIGN. It supports our own advertising operations and customer inquiries received through our own Facebook Page. It is not a public software service and is not offered for resale or third-party use.

Customer conversations

By voluntarily messaging the SIMPLE DESIGN Facebook Page, you ask us to process the information you provide in order to answer your inquiry, provide consultation, prepare a quotation, or provide support. You must not send unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

No guarantee

Information provided through Messenger is general consultation unless a separate written contract states otherwise. Quotations, schedules, and project terms become binding only when formally accepted by both parties.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, gain unauthorized access to, or misuse the application or connected systems.

Intellectual property

The application, its workflows, and SIMPLE DESIGN materials remain the property of CTCP Simple Việt Nam or their respective rights holders.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, CTCP Simple Việt Nam is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from interruption of Facebook, Meta APIs, network services, or inaccurate information supplied by a user.

Privacy

Our processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy published alongside these Terms.
