Privacy Policy — Simple Ads Control

Simple Ads Control is an internal advertising operations application used by SIMPLE DESIGN, operated by CTCP Simple Việt Nam. It connects advertising campaigns with customer conversations initiated through the SIMPLE DESIGN Facebook Page.

Data we process

When a person voluntarily messages our Facebook Page, we may process their Facebook user identifier, message content, message timestamps, attachments they send, and advertising referral or campaign attribution data made available by Meta.

Purpose

We use this information only to respond to the person’s inquiry, prepare a design or construction quotation, route the inquiry to authorized staff, provide support, and evaluate which of our own advertising campaigns generated the inquiry.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent, or transfer message data to third parties. Data is accessed only by authorized SIMPLE DESIGN staff and service infrastructure acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security controls.

Storage and security

Data is stored in an access-controlled environment. Access and write operations are logged. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Retention

We retain inquiry data only for as long as needed to handle the request, prepare and follow up on a quotation, meet legal obligations, and maintain necessary business records. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us. We will verify the request and normally complete a valid deletion request within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
