User Data Deletion Instructions — Simple Ads Control

You may request deletion of information associated with a Messenger conversation with the SIMPLE DESIGN Facebook Page.

How to request deletion

1. Email simplelab.vn@gmail.com with the subject Simple Ads Control — Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your full name, the approximate date of your Messenger conversation, and the Facebook profile name used to contact the Page. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
3. Alternatively, send the message DELETE MY DATA to the SIMPLE DESIGN Facebook Page and provide the same identifying details when asked.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify that it relates to the requester, and delete or anonymize associated data within 30 days. We may retain limited records when required by Vietnamese law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements. Any retained information will be restricted to that purpose and deleted when the legal requirement ends.
